The system will automatically give you a detailed list of hotels that meet your needs, and you’ll be able do make a first choice comparing: place, price per day and serviced offered. After selecting the hotel that meets your needs, you’ll be able to view the info form, see the availability and the cost for your reservation. |

The system asks you to sign up, chosing a user name and password to allow you to access a control panel that lists all your reservations done through filarete and handle them in a simple and easy way. |
| Why do you ask for my credit card when I am making a reservation? |

No payment is done through our system, but the hotels ask credit card data as a guarantee. The credit card data does not get memorized by the system, but directly forwarded to the hotel once the reservation is confiremd. |
| After how long will I receive my reservation confermation from the hotel? |

The answer depends directly on the hotel since there are no intermediaries. Approximatly in 48 hours. |

The service is free and it allows you to get in contact directly with the hotel you choose. |
| How can I cancel a reservation? |

Enter your user name and passward in the users section you can handle all of your reservation and also cancel them if necessary, according to the hotel’s cancellation policy. |
