Splendid, completely renovated late XIX century Villa surrounded by a lovely park, 4-star Hotel in a historic building with unusual comfort for its category. The rooms are all sound-proofed, have wood floors, Venetian stucco walls, king or queen-sized bed, 21-inch color TV with menu control, video-recorder and safe with magnetic badge. There is a 50 liter refrigerator-bar, closed-circuit terrestrial and satellite TV, the satellite channels with satellite dish and digital decoder, terrestrial TV, telephone plug for Internet connection, e-mail service, 5-channel wired radio in each Atec Tutondo room, with possibility of generalized notification, air conditioning with digital controls, telephone recharge. It is possible to open the door while lying on the bed. It is possible to call for room service, do-not-disturb service, wake-up service, all supervised by the Hotel Gyr system for room status, and Uny gyr system for general technological wellness. The bath has hydromassage shower with six side jets plus one overhead jet, the bath has self-cleaning hydromassage. The bathrooms are completely lined in marble: Carrara white, Verona red, Guatemala green or Marquinia black depending on the floor.
