WHO WE ARE...
We are a couple (we met at school in 1974) with one son, Leopoldo and one daughter Lucrezia plus our 5 lovely cats.... We always have worked in hotels and restaurants and now we are the owners of the hotel and restaurant Villa Belvedere in Colle Val d'Elsa.. 15 km from Siena.
In '99 we made a big decision and bought a property in the center of Siena (We fell in love with it 10 years ago) where we actually live.
There we have remodelled 3 beautiful rooms, completely separate from our flat with a private entrance, sorrounded by a large garden.
We hope that our guests will feel at home!!

SILVIAS BEDROOMS
In the center of siena, 5 minutes walking from the Cathedral and the Campo square, through an old gate and a secret garden there are 3 very pretty rooms.
They are double (or twin) with private bathroom, tv, microwave oven minibar and traditionally furnished. Daily clening only on request.
From the garden you can see the beautiful hills around Siena and relax in the shade of old trees like Lebanese fir and Pomegranite, or enjoy the plants like Rosemary and Lavander.
The house is situated in a very quite position closed to the traffic. Several parkinh spaces are 300 mts away.
The Conti/Iannone family will welcome you and will be happy to give you all the information and suggestions that you need to enjoy our beautiful region.

HOW TO ARRIVE
Enter in the town from Siena Ovest/Porta San Marco, go straight for 1 km and pass trough the San Marco gate, immediately turn left, pass in front of the hotel Athena, turn right and park.
